FoodSource's main office is located adjacent to the heart of the Salinas Valley, amongst endless fields and the grower/shipper community. The connection to the growers/shippers extends far beyond buying and selling. During the past seven years, we have earned respect and support from California grower/shippers because our buying power delivers the security they need to grow their business.

We are able to focus our operations on in-field inspections to select the best possible produce before it is harvested. We maintain a consistent and accurate understanding of what is going on in the fields to ensure the product being loaded for our foodservice, retail, and wholesale customers is the best product available.

Our grower/shipper connection is established outside the Salinas Valley and California because of our regional buying offices located in the other two primary growing regions in the Western United States. We have offices in Nogales, Arizona, and Edinburg, Texas. FoodSource Texas can create the best possible custom Mexican tropicals program. The FoodSource Nogales office allows us to have greater control over all of the challenging commodities that are imported during the winter and fall. FoodSource Visalia monitors all items grown in the San Joaquin Valley, expands our transportation and logistics capabilities, and is dedicated to foodservice operations and solutions.
